New Jersey has no restrictions on abortion, so it is legal to abort an unborn baby past 20 weeks of life. Please take this opportunity to send a letter to your two Assembly Members and your State Senator asking them to support and co-sponsor the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, A-3452/S-2026. This bill would ban abortion past 20 weeks (5 months) in NJ. You can find a copy of the letter  Here and the names and addresses of your representatives  Here.
